A3: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q4: What's your payment terms?

A4: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.

Q5: How can l place the order?

A5: First sign the Pl,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.

Q6: When can l get the quotation?

A6: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation.Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

Q7: What's your delivery time?

A7: It depending on the order quantity.Delivery time for normal products and without any Logo is 10~30 days.Logo products will take about 30~40 days.

Q8: How can we guarantee quality?

A8: Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final inspection before shipment;

Q9: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A9: We are manufacturers and own factory.Our mainly items is bike locks, padlocks and door locks.Factory area is 5000 square meter and 150 workers.

Q10: If l would like to develop my design,Can you custom my design? Can you make it only for us, and will not show it to anyone else?

A10: Sure,We have our own R8D dept. OEM&ODM service are available. And will not show it to others.
